Our topic-specific workshops help you develop habits that will improve your life. Workshops are facilitated by specialists and are held throughout the year on a variety of subjects including goal-setting, safety and self defense, nutrition and exercise, finances, and cultivating mindfulness and joy.
After attending our workshops or boot-camp, you have the option to meet regularly with a support group and track your progress with our companion workbook. Support Groups focus on staying accountable to your goals, working through The Silver Compass workbook, building strong relationships with friends, and re-examining both the stigma and the blessing of divorce.

Our boot-camp is a one-day intensive that distills our many workshop offerings into a single session. Topics covered during boot-camp range from self defense and bookkeeping to diet, exercise and cultivating gratitude. All topics emphasize the importance of goal-setting.
